At BAU 2023, Cobiax Deutschland GmbH and Cobiax USA sign the agreement to establish a joint venture in the United States.
In order to serve the American market in the best possible way, an agreement to establish a joint venture in the US was signed between Cobiax Deutschland GmbH (Mehmet Kelmendi – Managing Partner) and Cobiax USA Inc. (Mike Mota – Vice President & Partner) on the occasion of BAU 2023. This agreement provides for local production of innovative Cobiax products to begin in the US within the coming months. It was also agreed to move closer together in the areas of engineering and sales.
As a good sign, a new large-scale project with several tens of thousands of square meters was commissioned immediately after the signing. It can keep going this way!
