The six-storey newly built Lilienthal Boulevard in Opfikon with courtyard was designed by MOKArchitecture AG from Zurich. On the ground floor, in addition to office space, a conference area and a cafeteria are planned. These as well as the offices in the five upper floors are going to be rented. The commercial building is realized in accordance with the Minergie standard, a standard that proves minimal energy consumption, and heated with district heating.
