After completing his studies at the Technical University, Darmstadt, Germany, Volkmar Wanninger had leading functions at DYWIDAG and Züblin.
In 2008, he joined Cobiax as Sales Director. Since 2016, he has been a Managing Director of Heinze Cobiax Deutschland GmbH.

Georg Miedzik was CFO and COO at Hydrostress AG in Switzerland for many years; At the same time, he was also the Commercial Director at Tyrolit-Hydrostress AG, from 1996 till 2001.
After several years at Insys AG, he joined Cobiax in 2007, where he was COO until 2016.
Since 2016, he has been the Managing Director of Heinze Cobiax Schweiz GmbH and Heinze Systems GmbH.

After studying business economy at the EBS Jörg Tilmes started his career in the automobile industry; he had management positions at Fiat and Kia, in Italy, Scandinavia and Germany.
In 2009 he founded the Heinze Group, to which the Cobiax brand is a vital part of since 2015.
